Week 5

I did great on my diet all week, except for yesterday. I felt like I was eating everything, and then topped it off with Olive Garden last night. *YUM* But it apparently didn’t matter, because I am down two more pounds this week for a grand total of 35 pounds lost! Getting excited! ![]()

Colin: I’ll try. At least you got to your goal, and I am very proud of you for it! I still have lots to lose. Better slow than never I guess.
Try this little bit, think about what you have to do each day in order to reach your end goal (and be loose with the timeline, you may have a bad day or two). That way you’re focusing on the journey and not the result you’re expecting. It removes all the pressure and that’s what kills it for most people.
So, from this point on, only think about what steps you should take today, in order to reach your goal.
