Long Island Iced Tea

So as I sip my Long Island, I ponder whether anyone else on this diet wastes their calories drinking. I am having an 8 ouncer, and it’s 450 calories. I counted it in today, but man that’s a lot of calories just for one drink. But it’s so worth it! Do you drink while on a diet? If so, what do you drink, and are there any drinks out there that taste this good but have less calories? PLEASE let me know. I am not a huge beer drinker although, I think I am beginning to like Miller Lite. What do you drink?

mmm, long island iced tea’s are my favorite…. we need to get together for another vacation (especially now that I can drink again :)) so you can make me one of those!

I drink on occasion, but not since starting the diet. After the days I have had recently, I may be drinking soon. All the power to ya, cheeks!
Mmhmm. I’m off my meds and I have some calories to waste. Is there any better way to “waste” them?
I think Colin said it best. I usually hit up the ol’ Vodka and Coke when I do drink.
I’ve been drinking the green apple smirnoff’s. You take out the first sip and Add a shot OR SO to top it off. It’s good, I think you’ll like it
I keep my vodka in the freezer. Drink it in shots, ice cold and thick as treacle.
